Patrick Sun graduated from British public school in the United Kingdom of Great Britain chaired by His Grace, The Duke of Devonshire CBE. He received his honorary bachelor degrees majoring in business operation management and quantitative business analysis from Baylor University, Texas in 1987. He later returned to Canada from United States where he attended University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and was granted a law degree ( LL.B.) three years later. He successfully completed his Articles at an well known law firm in Toronto and Law Society Bar Admission Course. Mr. Sun was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada as a barrister and solicitor in 1993. He is also a member in good standing of the Canadian Criminal Lawyers’ Association. He primarily practices in the area of criminal law and immigration law.

His long time experience of working at all levels of court in Ontario for the last two decades and his multilingual language skills, have rendered him a great success in his law practice. His name has been well respected at the legal community in Ontario as well as within the local Chinese community in the Greater Toronto Area. His reputation and dedication to stand up for the rights of his clients, has earned him high level of recognition whereby he was frequently invited as guest and legal expert and commentary at the local newspapers, radio and television stations.

Litigation in criminal court and immigration hearing are his passion. Mr. Sun has long recognized that focusing in few areas of law equipped with solid work experience in those fields, devotion of handling the matters in a personal level, are the keys of success to provide satisfactory services to his clients.
